Advanced Thermal Concepts LLC (“ATC,” “we,” “us”) operates this air filter store. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to ship filters to you, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect

Order information: your name, email, phone, and shipping address when you place an order, request a subscription, request a custom size, or submit the contractor or contact forms.
Cart contents: stored locally in your own browser so your cart survives a page reload. This stays on your device.
Basic usage data: standard web logs and, if enabled, privacy-focused analytics (page views, approximate region). We do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your orders and manage your subscription.
To respond when you contact us.
To send order-related email. Marketing email only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
To understand which pages and sizes people use so we can improve the store.

What we share

Only what is required to operate: shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver packages; our payment processor receives payment details to charge your card (we never see or store full card numbers); our email provider sends transactional messages. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, unsubscribe from any marketing, or request a copy of what we hold, email sales@advancedthermalconcepts.com and we will handle it within 30 days.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
