Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this store and your purchases from Advanced Thermal Concepts LLC, a Kentucky company (“ATC”). By placing an order you agree to them. We wrote them to be readable; if anything is unclear, ask us.

Orders and pricing

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Taxes are added where required.
  • If we make an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before shipping.
  • One-time orders and subscription requests are confirmed by email. Payment is collected as described at checkout.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription pricing is per filter, per shipment, at the rates shown when you build your plan, plus any promotional discount applied to your first shipment or annual prepay.
  • You can skip, pause, change sizes or quantities, or cancel at any time before a shipment is dispatched, by email or through the store. No cancellation fees.
  • Annual prepay covers the stated number of shipments over 12 months; unshipped filters are refundable on cancellation, pro-rated.

Product guidance

Sizing tools, MERV recommendations, and guides on this site are general HVAC guidance, not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your specific equipment. When in doubt about what your system can handle, call us, a licensed tech will advise you at no charge.

Limitation of liability

Filters are consumable products; our responsibility is to deliver the size and grade you ordered, in good condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATC’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kentucky consumer law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
