Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this store and your purchases from Advanced Thermal Concepts LLC, a Kentucky company (“ATC”). By placing an order you agree to them. We wrote them to be readable; if anything is unclear, ask us.

Orders and pricing

  • Filters are sold online by the case of 12. Each case has one price, and that price includes shipping.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Taxes are added where required.
  • If we make an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before shipping.
  • Orders and subscriptions are paid through Stripe Checkout when you place them, and you'll see a confirmation page right away.

Yearly subscription

  • The Filter Club is a yearly subscription. You choose it at checkout; it is never chosen for you.
  • Your card is charged when you sign up, for your first order. The subscription then renews automatically every 12 months: we charge the same price and send the same cases, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time by calling (270) 534-5492 or emailing mstoll@advancedthermalconcepts.com. No cancellation fees. Once you cancel, your card is not charged again. If a renewal just charged and your case has not shipped yet, call us and we will refund it.

Shipping and returns

We ship to the lower 48 US states. The rest is covered in detail in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

Product guidance

Sizing tools, MERV recommendations, and guides on this site are general HVAC guidance, not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your specific equipment. When in doubt about what your system can handle, call us. A licensed tech will advise you at no charge.

Limitation of liability

Filters are consumable products; our responsibility is to deliver the size and grade you ordered, in good condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATC’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kentucky consumer law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
