I have more than one return vent. Can I put them all on one subscription?+
Yes, that is exactly what the builder is for. Check every size your home uses, set how many of each, and they all arrive in one box on one schedule. There is no limit.
Can I mix MERV levels on different filters?+
Yes. Pick your main plan, then tell us in the notes which filters should be a different MERV level. Each filter is priced at its own tier rate. Most competitors refuse to do this.
Why is there a 2-filter minimum per shipment?+
Shipping one filter alone costs nearly as much as the filter. Two or more per shipment lets us keep shipping free on every delivery without games.
Can I skip or pause a shipment?+
Yes. Skip the next one, push the date, or pause indefinitely. No fees, no phone calls required.
How does payment work?+
Pick per-shipment billing and your first box is 20% off, or prepay the year and get one shipment free. We confirm your plan by email and take payment securely by phone or emailed invoice. Card-on-file autopay is coming soon.
How do I cancel?+
