Shipping
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
- Subscription shipments always ship free, every shipment, no threshold.
- In-stock sizes ship within 1-2 business days from Kentucky. Custom-cut and stock-to-order sizes typically ship within 3-5 business days; we tell you the lead time before you pay.
- We currently ship to all 50 US states.
The Fit Guarantee
Wrong size? We exchange it free. If the filter you receive does not fit your track or grille, contact us within 30 days and we will get the right size to you at no charge, including shipping. If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, read our sizing guide or call (270) 534-5492 and a tech will confirm it in two minutes.
Returns
- Unopened filters: returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Opened or installed filters: not returnable for hygiene reasons, but covered by the Fit Guarantee above if the issue is sizing.
- Custom-cut sizes: made to your dimensions and not returnable, except when we cut them wrong, then we remake them free.
To start a return or exchange, email sales@advancedthermalconcepts.com with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
Subscriptions
Skip a shipment, pause, change sizes or quantities, or cancel at any time, one email or one click, no fees, no phone tree, no retention pitch. Details on the subscription page.
Damaged in transit
If your box arrives damaged, send a photo to sales@advancedthermalconcepts.com within 7 days and we will ship replacements immediately, no need to return the damaged filters.
